You must
agree to the terms of the BCPL Meeting Rooms policy to make a
room reservation. Terms of the policy include:
A meeting room may be reserved
by a nonprofit organization or group of citizens from Bartholomew
County. The contact person for the reservation must have a current
BCPL library card and must be in attendance at the meeting.
Meeting rooms may not be used for sales. No admittance fees may
be charged.
Rooms must be reserved 24 hours prior to the event - no exceptions.
Rooms may not be reserved for parties, receptions, weddings,
worship services, play groups, or crafts.
Light refreshments and non-alcoholic drinks are permitted in
all but the Red Room and Computer Classroom.
